I'm renting out a second individual room in my large 4 bedroom house. Only 2 bedrooms are currently occupied by single males in their early 30's. We are laid back and very easy to get along with. Private room with queen bed provided. Guest will have use of a private downstairs bathroom for showering and full use of the other 2 baths as well as kitchen, living room area, and a fully finished basement. Guest may be asked to share the full bath if there is a second airbnb renter at the same time.
